AAD Consists of Several Areas
Eat and Drink at Addiction Aquatic Development
Live Aquamarine Area 活體水產
AAD is a large seafood wholesaler that strictly controls the water quality and temperature of its large tanks to ensure that live seafood from around the world remains in optimal condition. As soon as you enter AAD, you will see the Live Aquamarine Area. Although it is a fish market, the sanitary environment is still good and there is no unpleasant fishy smell. Dozens of large tanks are filled with a variety of fresh seafood, including abalone, geoduck, crab, snow crab, lobster, oysters and more. You can buy it and cook it at home or use their cooking service.
StandUp Sushi Bar 立吞壽司
“Standing and swallowing” does not mean swallowing the food immediately, but eating while standing. This way of eating originated in Japan to meet the needs of office workers who needed to eat quickly. The most popular item at AAD is the standing sushi. When meal time comes, the restaurant is packed with people. There was a long queue outside the restaurant, and the number of people waiting to eat showed how popular this restaurant is. Free tea is not available in this area. Since you are eating sushi while standing, you will usually finish your meal and leave after 20-30 minutes. If you go during meal time, you will almost have to queue. You have to register at the counter here first and then wait for your number to be called. It is highly recommended that you go during “non-meal” hours so that you don’t have to wait.
The dining environment is two long rows of wooden tables, and each seat is equipped with a small plate and a pair of chopsticks. There are few square tables at the end. You can choose different sushi combinations according to your budget and favorite ingredients, or if you have a hard time making a choice, you can order a sushi set. You can experience the fun of StandUp Sushi and the delicious taste of fresh ingredients.
Le Pong Hot Pot 樂烹鍋物
The ingredients of the seafood hotpot are fresh and sweet, all of which are live seafood caught from the pool downstairs. The waiter will also tell you the cooking time control of various ingredients so that you can taste the best flavor of each ingredient. The seafood set includes king crab legs, lobster, snow crab, abalone, oysters, shrimp, mussels, clams and other seafood. (It may be adjusted due to shortage of ingredients)
10% service charge is required for set meals from NT$580 to NT$1680. If two people order a seafood set meal for NT$1680, each person who shares the set meal will be charged an additional NT$300.

Diners can choose their favorite ingredients based on their intuition, and then have the staff weigh them on the spot to decide whether to eat them raw, grilled, stir-fried, or steamed. You can also choose the ingredients you want from the fresh fish on the first floor. A whole crab weighs about 3 kilograms and sells for about NT$9,000 to NT$12,000. If you order a whole crab, the service staff will usually suggest that you eat it two ways, steaming half and grilling half.
Chrcoal Grilled Seafood Barbecue 炭道備長炭海鮮燒烤

The restaurant’s design style is simple, giving it the feel of a European or American open-air restaurant. You can sit in the outdoor barbecue area with a few friends, slowly eat barbecued seafood and enjoy the natural breeze, or order a glass of wine and eat barbecue skewers. The service staff will first take you to the seafood stall to select seafood and assist in ordering. If you don’t order crab legs, the cost per person is about NT$600-NT$1000.
SeaFood Bar 快鮮意味吧
SeaFood Bar is also a small bar.
