In Taiwan, our date format is YY-MM-DD. We write dates using numbers, starting with the year, then the month, and finally the day. Other countries may have different date formats (MM-DD-YY or DD-MM-YY). To avoid confusion, use English words rather than numbers to represent the month. I recommend you use USA format. Example: May-10-2025. Don’t use 05-10-2025 (Maybe in your country this means October.)

Frequently Asked Questions
How long in advance should I queue at the bus stop?
If you don’t reserve seats in advance, I recommend lining up at the bus stop 30 minutes early so you can get a good queue position. If the bus is full before you get on, you will have to wait for the next bus.

Passengers can buy tickets from the driver using cash. Please prepare the exact amount as the driver will not provide change. Cash should be inserted into the farebox. Please remember to return the token to the driver when you get off the bus. Please do not lose or drop it into the farebox
Can I use EasyCard to take the bus?
Each EasyCard or iPASS can be used for one passenger only. The most convenient way to take the bus is to use the EasyCard, iPASS, or icash 2.0 (including mobile payments).
